Obituary for Audrey Maxwell (Holden)
MAXWELL, Audrey Louise (nee Holden)
June 24, 1928 – February 10, 2023
Audrey passed quietly, healthy and peacefully in her sleep at Peterborough Extendicare early Friday February 10, 2023. Mom was blessed with long life Psalm 91 and 92 in her 95th year. We are so thankful for such a full healthy life, but she is certainly missed by us all who knew her. She is going to meet up with Dad, her loving husband Elven Richard Maxwell (1986) and many family members. Beloved mother of Heather Humphries (Floyd), Gerald (Karen)and the late Clarke 2021 (Arlene), Mervin (1987) (Liz) and tiny baby. Cherished grandmother of 16 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren. Dear sister of Carl (Joanne) and Betty Holden. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Bessie Holden and siblings Orval (Dawn living), Harold (Della), Jean Chambers (Roy). She will be sadly missed by many friends, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life to be held in June 2023 with internment following in Stirling, ON Cemetery.
Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ brought Mom into His banqueting house and His banner over her is LOVE, Song of Solomon 2:4. This was always one of her Praise prayers as she prayed aloud with us children and Dad.
