I was saddened to learn of the passing of Carole. I have fond memories of working with her at Queen Elizabeth School where she was always a warm, friendly, most capable secretary. She hosted staff gatherings at her lovely home across the street. I especially enjoyed the retirement party for Patricia Karnick. When I taught Carole's amazing daughters Diane, Sharon and Elizabeth, it was totally apparent that she was a wonderful mother and a valued member of her community serving in her many talented and conscientious ways. As I said, many fond memories. May she rest in peace - a life well spent.

Carole was my older sister. I loved Carole and I know she loved me. I always saw her as a wonderful sister, wife, mother and grandmother. A real role model. We shared many special family moments together, weddings, new grandchildren and spring get togethers. One of my favourite was just floating around in the pool on noodles talking. I really admired how Carole faced up to her health challenges from MS and with Charlies support kept on fighting to keep on going. The Pugsley perseverance. Pam (Love) and Harold Clarke

It is so hard to say good bye this way. For me Aunt Carole was always a woman of great strength with a clever wit and the warm heart. I will always cherish our time together. Love you

Charlie, Diane, Liz and all your family, So sorry to hear about Carole's passing. Keeping you in our prayers. I think of Carole every time I sit down to work on a puzzle, especially the 1000 piece ones!
