Obituary for Deborah Horn (Eadie)

In loving memory of Deborah Marie Horn

March 19, 1953 – March 9, 2023

It is with incredible sadness and a hole in our hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Deborah Marie Horn (nee Eadie).

Debbie fought an extremely long, hard battle and was successful in beating the odds every time. Until Thursday, March 9, 2023 where she passed peacefully and surrounded by her family, at PRHC.

Debbie will be remembered for her fierce love of family, and will be forever missed by her husband and love of her life, Robert (Bob) Horn.

Predeceased by her parents Barbara (nee Payne) and Ivan Eadie of Warsaw, sister and brother-in-law Judy and Howard Hendren of Warsaw, sister Jackie Moore of Peterborough, brother Jay Eadie of Warsaw, and brother-in-law Don Webster of Norwood.

Survived and sadly missed by her sister and best friend Arlene Webster, brother-in-law George Moore, and many nieces and nephews.

Leaving far too soon and much loved by her children Kimberly Willison (late Al), Rosanna Woodside (Mike Hunter) and Robert Burns. Her grandchildren Cassidy (Harley), Matthew (Hannah), Michael Jr., Zach (Baylee), Tessa (Mike), Erin, and Hannah (Franklin).

We cannot forget Debbie’s extended family in England that she was also so proud of; children Robert Horn, Brian Horn (Carly), Linda Railton (John) and grandchildren Becky, Daniel, Curtis, Bonnie, Acer, Arlo, Honey, Will, Sophie (Ry) and great-grandchildren Riley, Kai and Zara.

On what would have been Debbie’s 70th Birthday, the family would like to invite you to the Peterborough Legion on March 19, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 pm to celebrate her life.

It goes without saying that Debbie was the pillar of our family and we will never be the same without her. To our stubborn, strong willed, loving and caring girl, rest easy, we’ll take it from here. XO
