It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Gary Patrick Cousineau announces his passing after a brief illness surrounded by his family on Monday, June 5th 2023 at the age of 83.
Gary will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Eileen of 66 years and his children Jeff (Derlyne), Angel (Carey), Andrea (Brian) and Colleen. Cherished poppa to and will be lovingly remembered by his 6 grandchildren Adam, Ryan, Jefferey, Jessica, Joseph and Amie and his 9 great grandchildren Emma, Mary, Delilah, Darius, Lucas, Isabella, Caleb, Blake and Finley. Fondly remembered by his sister Karen and his sisters in law Theresa and Doreen as well as his many nieces and nephews. Remembered as Pops to Bryan Post, Steven DiLauro and Kimberly Cousineau. Gary was predeceased by his brothers Glen, John and Murray and by his granddaughter Kelli.
A private celebration of life with close family will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks that donations be made to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Alzheimer’s Association.
