It is with heavy hearts the family of Ila Kennedy announces the peaceful passing on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, with family by her side, in her 99th year. Beloved mother of Jo-Anne (Randy) Lefler, Donna (Dave) McMahon, and the late Brenda Jones (d. 2005). Loving grandmother of Vicki Carmichael, Carrie Dougan, Ryan (Christa) McMahon, and Steve (Ginette) Lefler. Cherished G.G. of Hayley Carmichael, Kayla and Katie Dougan, Emma and Paige McMahon, and Cavelle and Dean Lefler. Predeceased by her dearly beloved husband of 48 years, Ross (d.1997), brother Claude (Lil) Kimble, and sister Cavell Kimble. A graveside inurnment will take place at Verulam Cemetery, Bobcaygeon, on Saturday, October 22, at 1 p.m. If desired, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
