After a courageous three year battle with cancer, James passed away on October 21, 2022 at PRHC at the age of 54. Loving husband of Bonnie Jean. Dear father of Aurorah Blue DeHond. Beloved brother of Cheryl, Karin, and Danny(Joan) McIlravey. Loved by nieces and nephews. James was a Postal Worker for 25+ years, he was a kind and gentle soul. He loved music and had an unmatched passion for life. James' Celebration of Life is at 2pm on November 12, 2022 at 209 Delaney Dr. Ajax. In lieu of flowers James would appreciate donations to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peterborough; specifically the skateboard program for youth founded by James McIlravey.
