DINNICK, John Victor
Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 21st, 2022, in Peterborough, ON, in his 75th year. John loved the LORD and made an impact on the lives of people young and old with his work as a driving instructor, musical talents, and generous hospitality. He was an incredibly loving husband to his wife of 40+ years, Janet, and caring dad to his four children Kevin (Kim), Christopher, Lauren (Ben) Babineau, and Nathan (Meredith). A wonderful Grandpa to Isaiah, Isabella, Wesley, and Hannah. Predeceased by his son, Christopher, grandson Elijah, and his parents Rev. Donald and Gladys Dinnick. He will be dearly missed by the Courtney, Wood, and Henkelman families as well as those attending Ferndale Bible Church and Lakefield Baptist Church.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 27th, 2022 at Ashburnham Funeral Home (840 Armour Road, Peterborough) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 at Ferndale Bible Church (25 Ferndale Ave, Peterborough) at 11:00 a.m. with light reception after. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough) at approximately 2:00 pm. In memory of John, donations can be made to either Ferndale Bible Church Missions, The Gideon's International, or Youth Unlimited Peterborough through the funeral home, or condolences may be made online at www.AshburnhamFuneral.ca
