Doreen Laing passed away peacefully on January 31,2023 in her 92nd year. Alzheimer’s never took away her sweet spirit and she will be missed by her family and many friends.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years Rev. James Laing and her three children: Stephen (Carol Leah), Barbara Jane Coreno (John) and Heather Smith (Billy). She had 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The family would like to thank St Joseph's at Fleming (Woodland) for their wonderful care of mom for the past 2 1/2 years and for the kindness shown to the family while at mom’s bedside in her final days.
There will be no service and family interment will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Joseph’s at Fleming would be appreciated. Online condolences may be made at AshburnhamFuneral.ca
