COONS, Norman Stanley ‘Stan’
April 7, 1942 – March 14, 2023
Passed away at his home in Ennismore on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the age of 80.
Stan will be forever loved and missed by his wife of 57 years, Diane (nee Henderson). Loving father of Kevin (Laureen) and Brad (Jamey). Proud Grandpa of Emily, Kassidy, Kalvin, Matthew, Cailin, and Ashlyn. Great-Grandpa of David. Cherished brother of Doreen Janveaux (Pete). Stan will be remembered by his many special nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers-in-law, Jim Webster and Joe Henderson (the late Kitty).
A memorial service will be held at Ashburnham Funeral Home – 840 Armour Road, Peterborough on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM with visitation commencing one hour prior. A reception will be held in the Legacy Room of the funeral home following the service. Interment Lakefield Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
