Obituary for Paul Morris
MORRIS, Paul
It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Edward Morris announces his passing on Tuesday February 23, 2021.
Paul was born in Peterborough to parents William (Bill) and Mary Morris in 1958. Paul was predeceased by his parents and sister-in-law Marlene. Paul will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his daughters Melissa Morris (Ken) and Melanie Race (Steve). Paul, also known as Papa, will be missed by his granddaughter Abigail Race. Paul will also be greatly missed by his brothers Doug Morris and Peter Morris (Marilyn) as well as his nieces, extended family members and many friends.
Paul was a proud Millwright at Local 2309 and he was enjoying his retirement. He loved to travel down south to Cuba with family and friends and he was often known for his sense of humor and light heartedness. Paul thoroughly enjoyed cooking, watching sports or UFC, listening to classical rock or having a beer with a friend. He will be deeply missed.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
A private family ceremony has been arranged as per Paul’s wishes.
