Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 75. Loving father of Julie Kenny. Proud grandfather of Emilie and Kaylie Ann. Brother of Barbara Ferrin, Lawrence Bowers, Richard Bowers, Daniel Bowers, and the late Betty Outwater. Bob was loved and will be remembered by Ruth Bowers and many other relatives and friends. Arrangements entrusted to Ashburnham Funeral Home. Bob cared deeply about raising awareness of social inequalities and creating change to our political systems.
