Stella passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband Byron (Bud) by her side in her 90th year. She will always be remembered for her great sense of humour, her love of sports and the pride she took in her children (Larry, Karen, JoAnn and Nancy), her grandchildren (Erin, Courtney, Blake, Jonathan, Justine, Ben and Samantha) and great grandchildren (Brooke and Avery).
Stella loved watching sports on tv, in particular baseball, tennis and curling. She was also very clever with quiz games and trivia.
Even though she is gone from us, she will continue to put a smile on our faces as we remember her laughter and the love that she showered us with.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Stella in September.
