In loving memory of Steven Glenn Stapley, who passed away suddenly on August 20, 2022, at the age of 32.
Steven is the beloved son of Chad and Glenna (nee Stapley) Birkhof. Devoted brother to Broedie and Martha, Brhette (Teigan) and Dustyn (Jess). Cherished grandson to Susan and Glenn Stapley, Gloria and Gary Birkhof. Inspiring uncle to Emerson & Ronan. Adored by his extended families; the Teevins, Birkhofs and Rennies.
Steven was a beautiful person full of love and laughter. His greatest gift in life was his ability to spread joy to all those he encountered and lift the spirits of so many. He was truly a unconditional lover of all. A gentle soul who had a passion for family and friends. He enjoyed time swinging the sticks on the golf course and swinging them even harder on the lacrosse floor. If you had the pleasure of crossing paths with Steve, you know how truly positive his impact was on this world.
Please hold Steven with you each and everyday. Follow in his footsteps by passing along joy, love and laughter to all of those around you.
“Here on Earth it feels like everything good is missing since you left,
And here on Earth, everything’s different,
There’s an emptiness.
I hope you’re dancing in the sky,
And I hope you’re singing in the angels choir,
And I hope the angels know what they have.
I’ll bet it’s so nice in Heaven since you’ve arrived.”
This is not goodbye, this is see you soon my love, our best friend xoxo
