Beloved husband of Carol (Powers) father to Lynn Bailey and Step Father to Tricia (Tom) Carl and Jeremy (Alyssa).
Cherished son of the late Marlene and Hank Bailey.
Surving Sisters and brothers Linda (Rick) Ed, Carolyn and Mike (carollee) Debbie (Tom). Predeased by his siblings Dorothy, Tom, and George.
Wayne will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Payton, Morgan, Avery, Gregory, Olivia, Sophie, Amelia, and Austin and by his neices and nephews.
